The Dolly In
One of my favorite camera movements is the dolly in when something emotional happens. Sometimes they do this in the Simpsons, where I first noticed it, but now I love it and get excited when I see shows and movies doing it. It just hieghtens the impact of what is going on even more. But, see, it is not a quick Dolly in, but more of a slow gradual dolly in... those are one of my favorite moves.
