And I Applaud the TV (Lost - 2.2)
I mean, like, oh my god. LOST just keeps getting better. Tonight, Jake came over as it started to rain and watched it, along with my roommate Eric. (Pug, Devan, Big Steve watched it later off my PowerBook). I mean, i just.... I just love this show so much that I want to marry a television show and have spin-offs with it. Anyway, I should not get too into it, It was just so damn entertaining. I always remember it is entertainment, and nothing more. Spoilers Ahead, and I am not going to invisible them
This week's episode goes backward before it goes forward. We start off at the same moment the first episode of the season started, just with following the raft rather than the hatch. Then we move back to the moment that we missed last week, and I think this is just a great story telling technique. Also, by not showing what happened to Locke and Kate, they made the season opener much more dramatic. Although, this episode had a lot more action and stuff happen.
They showed what happened with Locke and Kate after they went down the hatch, and it was so cool. In an odd way, we got more answers out of Desmond, and we found out he was Desmond. He did not seem like an incredible horrible mean guy, just scared. I mean, we saw the bullet almost killed Kate, and that next week... oh man, you know, we are 2 episodes in and only about 10 hours have really passed in the survivor's lives. It is a show that moves so slowly, but on the other hand, so much happens.
The logo, i mean... come on! The Dharma eight sided logo that is on EVERYTHING!
Finally, the last minute of the show, as it is with almost every episode recently (this season and past), have been just cliffhanger after cliff hanger.... the others?! THE OTHERS?!. It is just,,,,,,, just a great episode. I applauded to the television,.
