Camp Is Really Done
So, right now, i am in PinesA, and tomorrow morning I leave at 6 AM with Wahlberg to go to HP and then further to Ann Arbor. I am really not in the mood or energy to write a long story about this summer, except that it was amazing with high energy and great times for the kids.
The past week has been family camp, and it has been a weird quasi-experience for me. I probably won't be on cabin staff next year (moving to a specialist position), so that will be an odd isolating experience.
I don't want to leave, but I know that camp won't be the same without the people who are leaving tomorrow. There is always next summer, and it will be even better. Damn it.
